Y TREE is creating a new category in the wealth management sector, bringing transparency, meaning and efficiency to personal finances.   The business has created what it calls ‘central intelligence for money and life’ using data, technology and human expertise.  It is in the process of scaling to being a major player for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Over the past 3 years, AHL has provided, and continues to provide, bespoke leadership coaching and development support to the founders and their next tier of “team leaders”, through 1:1 and team workshops.  The focus of the programme has been on enabling the Y TREE team to gain greater awareness of their personal leadership styles, enhance their effectiveness as individuals, as a management team and across the broader business.  They have a strong culture based on core values of time, togetherness and responsibility.  AHL’s work has focused on enhancing the human dimension of their behavioural and relational interactions as well as unblocking individual performance challenges.        

The focus areas of work have included forensic analysis of emotional intelligence as well as practical development of the core leadership attributes of: personal resilience; feedback; coaching; delegation; fostering self-awareness and courageous conversations.  It has also been consistently about improvement of team dynamics, cohesion and collaboration, always in service to raising performance, as well as deepening awareness of behaviours that promote sustainable wellbeing, diversity and inclusion.
