As a family of leading educational brands, PGL Beyond has been enriching young lives for over 65 years, helping young people reach beyond their own expectations and realise how brilliant they are.

Over the last 4 years, under new leadership, the Company has embarked on a business transformation process that started by “putting its people first”, alongside delivering a step-change in customer experience to market leading levels and ultimately a “better business” with the highest quality products  and services.

AHL has been working alongside the executive leadership and extended leadership  teams during this business transformation. This has included 1:1 coaching and facilitation of team workshops,  to enhance individual and collective leadership capacity, with an overarching aim to create a high performance culture. PGL Beyond has ambitious strategic objectives,  including the achievement of ‘BCorp.’ accreditation and the integration of social and environmental sustainability into the heart of the business, and AHL has been a key partner in supporting this ambition.
